Rashid Hadee and Pugs Atomz have forged their individual
paths and they have established their own mark of excellence
and these efforts have not gone unheralded Both continue to
draw fans from all corners of the world (Rashid Hadee's
Japanese release “Dedication” to the currrent “808’s and Hadee”
Pugs Atomz’s many European tours and recordings with London’s
Dj Vadim to the current “Roof Top” LP
“Stormy” blends Rashid Hadee's soulful interpretations along with
Pugs Atomz evocative lyrical imagery to create an elemental
integration that juxtaposes humor and intuition. Hadee and Atomz
meld their unique and acclaimed styles to reign their own brand of
musical understandings of love, life, and hip-hop. Guest vocals are
kept to a minimum (Von Pea drops in on "Hand on the bible") and production is mostly by the hands of Hadee, with help from Grant Parks, Race, Hakeem, Fathom 9, Ram Nation, Tall Black Guy, and Duro. Recorded between 2007 and 2009 take a walk into the world of two of Chicago’s brightest, welcome to the “Stormy” LP.
